In the heart of Lahore, amidst the aromatic swirl of centuries-old sweets, a family’s fate hangs in the balance. Muhammad Boota, the proud owner of a cherished family business, yearns to pass on the legacy to his sons, Rafaqat and Sadaqat. Yet, destiny has other plans as both sons have settled abroad, leaving their father heartbroken. Disheartened by his sons, Muhammad Boota gives away his family business in the care of his only son in law, Ashiq Hussain and grandson, Basim.

Basim, however, dreams of escaping to foreign lands and grumbles about every inconvenience life throws at him. His complaints are matched only by the fiery spirit of Bela, a beautiful and diligent young girl who has been raised by her grandfather after the loss of her parents. The two cousins are always at odds, locked in a perpetual battle of wills.

Just when the family dynamic couldn’t get any more complicated, the shocking news of a business split rattles the very foundations of the family.
